Before I go on telling you the highlights of the evening (on top of the food) let me first give you ideas what is this K Pub Meat All You Can restaurant is.

K Pub is a Korean BBQ restaurant with infrared grillers (smokeless). The restaurant has a 420 seating capacity and the biggest Korean restaurant in the county. The restaurant offers meat all you can for P499+ for 1 hour. But if you want it unlimited it will only cost you P899+. They also offer other Korean dishes.

K Pub has vibrant and energetic waiters that will serve you. Not only they have local waiters but their head waiters are all young Koreans.

Last Monday, I was able to taste their authentic mixed BBQ on skewers (but somehow read on FB they call this platter Pinoy spicy).

Of course I did not miss grilling my own beef, chicken and pork strips, wrapping them with assorted green leaves that goes together with the buffet of meat on our table topping it with the red chili paste. I have also tasted their kimchi rice, kimchi pajun, japchae, some sort of spicy soup and egg on the hot pot. On top of all of these, there were assorted side dishes that you can choose from.
As for the drinks, I have tried their choco banana shake and watermelon shake. Though I do not drink alcohol, I have tasted the ginger beer that they also offer. Since Heineken Bar is inside of K Pub, the restaurant also offers Heineken.
Btw, Heineken Bar in The Fort Strip is the first in the Philippines. Inside the bar that is inside K Pub you can play in Heineken soccer table, drink Heineken draft beer in Heineken kegulator. Watch Korean Dramas and Korean K Pop mtvs and concerts in Samsung's biggest video wall of 8 meter x 3.5 meter.
Whoa! With all the food that were being served that night, I have a happy tummy.
Happiness last Monday did not stop with unlimited food and drinks. Overflowing of happiness highlighted my night with the performance of Down To Mars. For 30 minutes or so, everyone inside the restaurant and bar were treated by Down To Mars with Korean, Tagalog and English songs.
For a starter, Daisuke, Jang, Jeongwon, Kenji, Kiro and Yheen collectively known as Down To Mars performed a medley of Korean songs afterwhich each member showcased their individual talent on stage.
Below are photos of Down To Mars performing Korean dance medley.
After a powerful take off from Down To Mars, Jang was left on the stage by the members and he wowed the crowd with his own rendition of ‘Mrs Jones’ ala Michael BublĂ©.
Jang was followed by Kenji. He showed his talent in guitar playing and singing. He sang Justin Bieber’s ‘As Long As You Love Me’.
Kiro and Yheen teamed up by doing ‘Both of Us’ by B.O.B. and Taylor Swift. Kiro showed for the very first time his talent in beat boxing while Yheen impressed the crowd with his rapping.
Next was Daisuke who did his cute version of ‘Giyomi’ then dance to Psy's 'Gentleman' and Taeyang's (Big Bang) ‘Wedding Dress’.
Last to perform was Jeongwon who amazed the crowd when he hit high notes by singing a medley of Park Hyo Shin’s ‘Flower Song’, 2AM’s ‘I Wonder If You Hurt Like Me’ and ‘You Wouldn’t Answer My Call’ .
After the solo stage of each member, Down To Mars then performed their original composition ‘Nandito Lang Ako’.
To cap their 1st set, they treated the fans with an English song entitled ‘Unbelievable’. (only took few photos here since batter of my cam was already low bat)
In the next set of photos, these were taken when Down To Mars performed their 2nd set. Thanks to Daisuke for sending these photos to my email that I took using his phone. ^^
In the 2nd set, Down To Mars performed the Korean dance medley, 'Nandito Lang Ako', and 'Unbelievable'.
Woot! Woot! Wonderful performance by Down To Mars. I am so proud of them! They have really come a long way.
I saw one my of K Pop friends who produces Korean concerts here in the Philippines and I was really amazed when she told me that she's impressed with the performance of Down To Mars. Weeeeeeeeeee....!!! ^_^
Watching Down To Mars live on stage (they did two sets of show) showcasing their talent made me wish and pray that they will be given more chances to perform more than 3 minutes on stage. The are really good and I really believe that they are the ONLY group here in the Philippines that can do so well the style that they are projecting. With determination and right attitude I strongly believe that Down To Mars can do really really well.
Alright, and to end this post. Let me share here to this post photos I took a few minutes before K Pub opens its door to their guests.
Following are photos when Down To Mars recorded a 'Birthday Song' video for KPub guest celebrating his/her birthday in the restaurant. It's a cute video where in Down To Mars is singing birthday song in Korean with full of cuteness after which they dance to Wonder Girl's 'Nobody' then Psy's 'Gangnam Style'.
More photos of Down To Mars from K Pub on my next post.
